Product case for marketplaces
The client’s request was: "I want to launch on marketplaces quickly and with minimal investment."
We proposed a project involving the release of two products. A preliminary demand analysis identified the best product options that would complement each other, increasing the likelihood of purchasing both items together. The client chose a shampoo and a hair conditioner.
Since the client had no prior experience with marketplaces, we handled the entire supply chain and promotional cycle. We launched on the Wildberries platform, with an initial release of 100 units of each selected product. The products were positioned as providing professional care and total hair structure restoration.
A batch was agreed upon for the launch
100 pieces each, with a volume of 250 ml.
The cost of the "turnkey" product amounted to
490 rubles
The profit per unit is
760 rubles
In addition to the product, we assisted the client in launching on Wildberries, created product listings, crafted SEO descriptions, and launched advertising.
A cosmetologist who has been working with us for a long time under the INIT PROFESSIONAL brand approached us with a specific request to create a home-use anti-swelling mask with a cooling effect.
The client provided a mask from a premium brand as a sample. Our specialists used it as a reference, considering its composition and the cosmetologist's preferences, to create an improved product that delivered better results during testing.
A batch was agreed upon for the launch
100 pieces each, with a volume of 150 ml.
The cost of the "turnkey" product amounted to
443 rubles
The profit per unit is
737 rubles
Besides the product, we helped the client with logo and packaging design and shared promotion tips for reaching their clientele.
The client’s request was: "I work with lashes and apply gel-based patches as a compliment to clients. I would like to have my own product to use during procedures and to sell to clients afterward."
We proposed an optimal solution for lash & brow masters: Liquid revitalizing patches. The key benefits of this product for the client’s needs are that the patches do not interfere with the procedure (unlike fabric or hydrogel patches), do not cause puffiness (some clients may experience this during procedures with other patches), and offer maximum cost-efficiency (one 50 ml bottle is enough for more than 50 treatments).
A batch was agreed upon for the launch
100 pieces each, with a volume of 50 ml.
The cost of the "turnkey" product amounted to
390 rubles
The profit per unit is
600 rubles
Besides the product, we assisted the client with logo and packaging design and shared promotion insights for reaching their customer base.
The international holding INIT RPOF has been producing products under its own brands for over 10 years. Among them are the sales leader in the lash & brow industry — VELVET L&B, a newcomer but already popular with consumers — INIT PROFESSIONAL, and other popular brands renowned for their effectiveness and quality from the very first use.
We know every mechanism of building a private label brand—from formula development to market promotion. Partnering with us frees you from major financial investments, lengthy searches for various product manufacturers, logistical challenges, and other critical issues on the path to launching your own products.
We are not only manufacturers but also successful sellers of our own branded cosmetics
We have personally gone through the entire journey from creating a brand "from scratch" to establishing a cosmetics line that is represented on all marketplaces and enjoys steady demand. Among our clients are leading retail chains, clinics, and media personalities.
